Playnasium..Indoor fun!!

Yippee....we finally got to get back out of the house today!! We went to the Playnasium which is basically like a large indoor playground. A great place to play when it is too yucky to play outside. Adrianna had a blast.....

Stuck without a Car Seat, Ugh!!!

Thursday was suppose to be our day to go to Little Gym which Adrianna really enjoys and Mommy was really looking forward to getting out of the house after being stuck inside a lot the past few days with the bad weather. Well, unfortunately, we moved Adrianna car seat yesterday and then forgot to put it back into my car. Josh accidently left for work and of course the car seat went with him as well....so stuck in the house again...ugh!!

Well, at first I thought we wouldn't be missing Little Gym since I thought they followed the school schedule and schools were late...but they still had class...just our luck. So we will be making up a class sometime soon :).

So then it was off to figure out what to do for the day....we couldn't go outside with all of the ice now on top of the snow...so Adrianna moved from one thing to other all day long and actually did really well with being in the house all day. She didn't mind being inside so much...it was Mommy that really wanted to go out :).

She's ready for summer :)!!

Adrianna is going to have a Baby Sister!!

On Wednesday, we had our ultrasound appt. and found out that we are going to be adding another little girl to the family!! We are excited for Adrianna to have a little sister to play with. We are still working on names....so that will come later. Thanks to Josh's Dad we were able to use his Tahoe to get to our appt. safely in the snowy/icy weather...I sometimes think they don't know what snowplows are in WV...at least on the backroads :). We are happy to say that everything is going smoothly with the pregnancy and the due date is still right on track for June 18th.



We think that Adrianna does have some idea of what is going on. She points to herself when you ask her who is going to be a big sister and she will point to my belly when we ask where is the baby. Pretty good for a 21 month old. She also pointed to the ultrasound monitor and said baby.

Snow Day!!!

Here I am trying to catch up from this past week....then hopefully I will be able to post every day after this. On Tuesday, it finally snowed enough for Adrianna to be able to go out and play in the snow for the first time....and she is already 21 months old!! Well, it didn't go quite as well as I had hoped for. I bundled her all up in her snow suit and in the rainboots that Grandma had gotten her which I knew were a little big for her but thought they would work. Once she was all bundled up...poor Adrianna couldn't even walk...she kept falling all over the place!! So we went outside and I basically just carried her around and then I sat her down to take some pics. She tried to make some snow angels as well. She just thought it was alright...not her favorite thing to do. So Tuesday night Daddy stopped by the outlets on his way home from work and got her a very cute pair of snow boats that are the right size and she can walk in them too!! Thanks Daddy :).

New to this.....

Well, after reading so many of my friends blogs...I decided that I really wanted to join in on the fun and become a blogger myself. My first thought was I didn't need to do this because I get into scrapbooking and really enjoy that and can put my pics and such together that way....well I really don't write that much there so I thought this would be a great way for me to keep track of our everyday life and Adrianna's milestones. I will try my best to keep up with this each day. I probably will post a lot to catch up from this week. So since Adrianna will be the star....I will start with a few pics of her.
