Today was our Friday to go to MOPS, Adrianna enjoyed her time in the nursery playing with all of her friends while I enjoyed two hours off Mom duty to share time with other mom's. Today, we talked about our Spritual Gifts and how we can put them to use at church, as a Mom, in our homes and work places...it was very informative and I enjoyed learning more about my Spritual Gifts. We took an inventory so that we could determine our Spritual Gifts. We also did a fun craft of glass etching today, which was much easier to do then I first thought. We took a clear, smooth vase and then picked out a stencil to stick on the vase and just had to use this chemical etching solution and let it on the vase for 8 minutes and then dap it off...and it left the glass with an etched design...fun,cute and simple.
It was such a beautiful day outside today...so of course after naptime...we had to spend sometime outdoors. Adrianna of course wanted to play in her sandbox and swing again....
Tonight, Aunt Lindsay (my sister in law) came to visit and hang out. We enjoyed having Lindsay here just to hang out with and catch up. Adrianna enjoyed having Aunt Lindsay read to her. We need to get together more often...next time we can do something a little more exciting then just staying at the house:). Thanks for visiting Aunt Lindsay...I enjoyed your visit.
